Tatiana Gvilava, Director of the Russian-Arab Business Council, President of the All-Russian Nonprofit Organization “Businesswomen”, participated in the meeting with Vladimir Evtushenkov, Chairman of the Board of Sistema PJSFC Board of Directors, Chairman the Russian-Arab Business Council, and H.E. Sheikh Ali Alwaleed Al-Thani, CEO of Investment Promotion Agency Qatar (IPAQ), with the purpose of discussing possible investment cooperation on November 21, 2019.IPAQ is a national agency responsible for international investment promotion and encouraging its inflows to Qatar. The mission is to transform and diversify one of the world’s most prosperous economies. Marketing and branding, development of investor relations and strategic management are the key responsibilities. IPAQ is represented in Qatar, France, Switzerland, UK and the USA.
