Today, on June 8th, 2021, the Chairman of the RABC Tatiana Gvilava made a speech at the 131st session of the Union of Arab Chambers in Dubai, UAE, during which presented plans for holding international events of the RABC and Arabia-EXPO LLC and the creation of an innovative online IT business platform of the RABC.
Tatiana Gvilava briefed the session participants about the current activities of the Russian-Arab Business Council, shared successful cases on the implementation of large-scale events in the past years and announced future events, including:
· The meeting of the Russian-Arab Business Council within the framework of EXPO 2020 Dubai, which will be held on January 25-27, 2022.
· The 5th International Exhibition "Arabia-EXPO", which will be held within the framework of the 13th session of the RADS in Cairo (Egypt) by the decision of the League of Arab States and the Union of Arab Chambers.
The Chairman of the RABC also highlighted the innovative IT business platform of the RABC, the purpose of which is to assist in establishing international contacts between business structures of Russia and Arab countries using an innovative web-platform. The future platform will include an information portal and a marketplace of services that will be available to registered users.
The 131st session of the Union of Arab Chambers was attended by presidents and members of the Board of Directors of chambers of Commerce and industry from 17 Arab countries, representatives of the League of Arab States, the Union of Chambers of the GCC and a delegation of the General secretariat of the Union of Arab Chambers.
After the meeting, the Chairman of the RABC, General Director of Arabia-EXPO LLC held a number of meetings with the Vice-President of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce of Egypt, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Port Said Chamber of Commerce Mohammed Abdel Fattah Hassan Al-Masri and Secretary General of the Union of Arab Chambers Dr. Khaled Hanafi on holding events of the Russian-Arab Business Council within EXPO 2020 Dubai and in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The meetings were also attended by the General Director of "Arabia-Expo Capital" Gvilava Georgy.
