Russia presented its pavilion at Expo 2020 in Dubai

The presentation of the Russian pavilion at Expo 2020 took place in Dubai at the “Russia Creates” forum. The event was attended by the Deputy Head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Alexey Gruzdev and the Head of the Department for Work with Foreign Participants at Expo 2020 Omar Shekhadekh.

The Russian pavilion will become one of the largest at this world exhibition, and its theme will be "Creative Mind: Defining the Future".

"Our exposition will demonstrate how the creative mind finds its manifestation in every area of human life, - stressed Alexei Gruzdev. - Russia is open, innovative, creative. Russia can make a significant contribution to the future development of the world."

Ambassador of the Russian pavilion at Expo 2020 Victoria Lopyreva noted that "any international events are also a driver of tourism development. When residents of the UAE and other Middle Eastern countries visit the Russian pavilion, become guests of our events, they will definitely have an interest in visiting Russia", - she said.

Within the framework of Expo 2020, the Russian-Arab Business Council and the All-Russian Public Organization “Women of Business” will hold regular sessions and organize a number of meetings, conferences, sessions and round tables with the participation of leading representatives of the business community.

Expo 2020 has been postponed to 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic. The event will run from October 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022. It is the largest international exhibition with the participation of more than 170 countries, which every five years showcase achievements in the field of science, technology, architecture and art.
